Perfect party duck

INGREDIENTS:

- roast duck breast

- 2 teaspoons of small capers

- 10 sundried tomatoes

- 100 g vegetable salad

- a few sprigs of parsley

- 5 cm piece of leek (white part)

- 2-3 boiled potatoes

METHOD:

Slice the leek finely and pour boiling water over it. Drain after a minute. Pass the potatoes through a potato press and combine them with the leek. Prepare a hoop to form a dish: place the potatoes and leek on the bottom, and press down. Chop the tomatoes finely and press down another layer. Put the vegetable salad (or any other of your favourites) on the tomato layer, top with the capers, chopped parsley, and sliced roast duck. Press the whole thing down firmly. Decorate the dish nicely with red sorrel leaves or, for instance, parsley.
